Discoverlab

In Museon's Discoverlab you are DJ, VJ, lighting and sound technician all in one. The flexible workshop space transforms into classroom, event space and exhibition space. The tables have wheels and all the furniture fits in and under each other.

In addition to flexibility, sustainability is an important design consideration. For example, Museon was willing to shift their schedule in order to reuse parts of an existing exhibit. Because Museon could produce and test the decor and exhibits internally, there was room to enrich the Discoverlab with additional interactive exhibits.
